In just a year-and-a-half since its inception, Clean & Glo Cleaning Services has secured contracts with  Chipotle and Old Navy, demonstrating Arteika's knack for business development and client relations. Furthermore, the company's partnership with the Syracuse Housing Authority underscores its commitment to serving the community and addressing pressing needs, such as vacant apartment cleaning.

Arteika's entrepreneurial spirit extends beyond traditional business practices. Faced with employee retention challenges that jeopardized existing contracts, she took proactive measures by collaborating with other small owner-operated cleaning services.
