Introduction to: Sales and marketing principles & Market analysis

Introduction to Sales and Marketing Principles with Market Analysis will be held in 2 separate sessions for 2.5 hours each in a hybrid format, offering the opportunity for attendees to participate in-person or virtually.  


April 2nd & 9th
11:30am - 2pm each day


Topics will include:
· Introduction to Sales and Marketing Principles: Overview of key concepts from sales leads
· Clearly Defining Your Target Market: Techniques for identifying and understanding your target audience
· Strategies to Reach Your Target Market: Effective outreach strategies tailored to your audience
· Overview of Digital Marketing Methods and Platforms: Introduction to digital marketing channels
· Overview of Other Effective Low-Cost Marketing Strategies: Exploring cost-effective marketing methods
· Creating a Sales Funnel Process: Designing a sales funnel aligned with customer journey stages
· Creating and Implementing a Marketing Plan: Steps to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan


Interactive Elements:
· Workshops on target market segmentation and sales funnel creation
  • Group discussions on digital marketing and low-cost strategies
Outcomes:
  • Understand foundational sales and marketing principles
  • Learn to identify and reach target markets effectively

I am the founder of PCFG Insurance Services, as well as Spartan Business Warriors (Spartan Marketing Warriors), where I blend strategic vision with hands-on expertise to drive growth and success.

​Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply connected to the land and the lessons it teaches as a passionate farmer. This unique blend of skills and interests informs my teaching philosophy, where I emphasize practical knowledge, resilience, and strategic thinking.

As a dedicated family man, I am committed to imparting values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance. My love for the outdoors and my weekly hockey games on Friday nights reflect my belief in the importance of balance, teamwork, and physical wellness.
