Kellie Greene currently serves as a Certified Senior Business Advisor helping startups, growth-stage companies, and established companies build scalable, profitable strategies for both domestic strength and international expansion.

Kellie brings extensive leadership experience in domestic and global supply chain management, international business strategy, and manufacturing alignment. She has directed end-to-end transportation strategy, production planning integration, inventory optimization, regulatory compliance, and distribution network development across multiple markets. Her expertise bridges U.S.-based operational infrastructure with global market entry strategy—ensuring companies build strong operational foundations before scaling internationally.

In addition to her corporate and advisory work, Kellie is an accomplished entrepreneur, having owned and operated multiple businesses including a career services firm, a travel agency, and a global trade consulting practice. This entrepreneurial experience gives her a practical understanding of risk management, cash flow realities, marketing strategy, and the discipline required to scale sustainably. She is also skilled in marketing strategy and social media positioning, helping businesses strengthen brand visibility and reach both domestic and international audiences.

Kellie is a skilled trainer and educator. She teaches the Fast Track entrepreneurial course for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and is a certified trainer for the Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) credential. She is also a frequent speaker at conferences and webinars, where she presents on a variety of topics including global trade strategy, supply chain resilience, export compliance, and operational excellence.

She holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University. She is a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified through LeanCor, and serves as Treasurer on the NASBITE International Board of Governors. She is also an active member of the Upstate New York District Export Council.
